I had the pleasure of running into Michael Kutella at the Gen Con Dreamblade 50K Championship. I had originally met Michael the year prior at Gen Con but this year he was playing with a very unique warband that set him apart from the other competitors. Micheal belongs to the Illinois Miniature Painting Society (IMPS) and they had done an incredible job doing repaints and modifications to his Dreamblade playing pieces. IMPS membership consists of:

Micheal was kind enough to give me great pictures of all the pieces IMPS had done, not just his warband.
