RENTON, Wash—August 5, 2009 — Wizards of the Coast LLC, a subsidiary of Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE: HAS), today announced the upcoming release of a new expansion for Heroscape®, the wildly popular build-and-battle miniatures game. Small Expansion set 10, Valkrill’s Gambit™, will be released in November 2009.
Valkrill’s Gambit features 25 painted figures, assembled and ready to play right out of the box. A very special collection, this 4-pack assortment set includes Warriors of Fledspar, Soulborgs, Warriors and Soulborgs, and Champions of Renown.
Each pack includes painted figures and cards that can be used with any Heroscape Master Set. Valkrill’s Gambit comes just months after Wizard’s release of Small Expansion Set 9: Blackmoon’s Siege™ in June.
